At Artika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting purchases. If a product doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Artika packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
